      Short-term Disability – IGT offers STD benefits at no cost. This plan coverages non-work-related illnesses/injuries when you are unable to work for an extended period.

      Long-term Disability - Supplements the STD benefits and provides income protection if you are unable to work due to an extended, non-work-related illness/injury after your STD benefit period ends.

      AD&D Insurance - This insurance provides coverage for you in case of accidental death or certain serious injuries.

      Employee Assistance Program - The EAP provides 24/7 support for you and members of your household at no cost. Online resources are available as well as live counselors to help on issues such as stress, mental well-being, workplace conflict, family issues, financial problems, parenting and childcare, and much more.

      Identity Theft Program – IGT covers the cost of basic identity theft insurance for you. Coverage includes access to identity theft specialist, expense reimbursement up to $25,000, income protection up to $5,000 for lost wages, and more.

    • 401k – A long-term savings plan that encourages you to save for retirement. This account allows contributions to be deducted from you paychecks on a pre-tax basis to invest in your future.

      Basic Life Insurance - IGT provides you with two times your base salary, to a maximum of $750,000, of Basic Life Insurance at no cost to you.

      Supplemental Life Insurance – This is optional life insurance to cover the employee, spouse, and/ dependent children.

    • Dependent Care FSA – A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account allows you to set aside pretax dollars to pay for dependent care for qualified family members. The account can be used for daycare, education, or elder care.

      Dependent Care Program - IGT paid Care.com membership that allows employees access to nationwide vetted dependent services such as daycare centers, elder care services, pet care, tutors, and more.

      Parental Leave - IGT provides 4 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (PPL), for bonding and caring for a new child and time to achieve a healthy balance between employment and new family responsibilities.

      Pet Insurance - Pet insurance is available through the Nationwide Pet Insurance Program and is payable through easy and convenient payroll deductions.
