Through our IGT Contact Centers, we provide 24/7 support to our customers around the world. This includes regional teams to enhance the customer experience while providing services in local languages.
Field Services
Our full-service network provides around-the-clock service for machine conversions, removal, upgrades, and more. The field services team has also introduced e-training opportunities for retailers, employees, and vendors to expedite the service process and reduce our environmental footprint.
Caring for the Environment
We have implemented an ongoing data collection and evaluation process among our locations to remain focused on affecting positive environmental change. We have increased circularity by reviewing our recycling and waste practices and taken steps to address climate change and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
