We received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index, earning us an "Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion" designation.
Responsible Gaming Accreditation
We were the first gaming vendor in the world to receive Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) responsible gaming accreditation for both its casino and digital operations.
After School Advantage
Since 1999, we have created more than 360 After School Advantage technology labs at schools and community centers worldwide.
Decarbonization Path
Our near- and long-term science-based targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as well as our commitment to reaching net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2050, were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

European Casino Awards: In February 2024, IGT was named the “Best Diversity and Inclusion Employer” for the third consecutive year
World Lottery Association (WLA): Associate Member, Certified to WLA Corporate Social Responsibility Standards and Responsible Gaming Framework (2021-2024)
EcoVadis: IGT earned a gold medal sustainability rating from EcoVadis, positioning IGT among the top five percent of global companies assessed by EcoVadis
MSCI ESG Research LLC: In December 2023, IGT received an MSCI ESG rating of AAA, the highest-possible score the global rating agency presents.
