A. The IGT Professional Certifications were designed by a panel of IGT Training and Systems experts with a combined total of 40-plus years of experience in the casino industry.
A. We recognize that some classes are not exactly aligned to the needs of all employees or operator environments; however, the programs are designed to fit the needs of most operators.

A. Classes are available in three modes:
Online/On Demand – Watch the class and take the test at a self-paced convenience.
Live Online – Instructor-led over an Internet web instance.
In Person – Classes held at IGT Las Vegas, IGT Reno, a location provided by IGT, or a site hosted by a customer.
